Overview
This
is the second Palestinian products exhibition to be held
in the United Arab Emirates, specifically in the Emirate
of Sharjah The first exhibition was held in 1998, and
has been a great success in addi tion to the facilitation
provided by the Emirates government for the Palestinian
products in the Emirates market .Through a quick study
it has been clear the importance of organizing such an
exhibition in the UAE especially since a large
proportion of the Palestinian community is living in
Emirates and also the wide market of emirates and the
large volume of consumption.
It is expected the participation of more
than 40 Palestinian companies from various sectors
(food products, stone, marble, pharmaceutical products,
furniture, cosmetics and cleaning materials, handicraft
products, agricultural products, ICT companies ...
etc.), in addition to the participant of l a delegation
of businessmen headed by the Minister of National
Economy and Chairman of the Board of Directors of
Paltrade and representatives of the private sector and
the Islamic Development Bank who is continuously
supporting the Palestinian exports.
A huge promotional campaign will be
organized in the UAE for the event and in specific in
Sharjah and Dubai, a large number of important figur es
from the government and the Ministry of Economy, and the
diplomatic corps as well as the heads of chambers of
commerce and associations, representatives of the
private sector and business leaders and a large number
of the Palestinian community in the UAE will be invited
to the exhibition.
In this regard, we hope for the presence
of His Highness Dr. Mohamed Al Qassimi, the ruler of
Sharjah, who will honor us in his visit and his
generous sponsorship of the exhibition.
In order to achieve its objectives to promote the
Palestinian products and increase the market share in
the United Arab Emirates, in addition to networking and
trade relations between Palestinian
and Emirates
exporters and producers and businessmen, workshops and
business meetings will be organized as part of the
exhibition activities in addition to business to
business meetings.
